Can Shopify Flow be used to send invoices to my own email ID?

Yes. You can create a custom workflow using Shopify Flow to send invoices to an internal email ID. The default automation (Send via GST Pro or SMTP) will always send invoices to the customer with the store email in CC/BCC if configured. Please note that Shopify Flow requires a Business plan or higher.
