How to Add Shipping GST in GST Pro App

This guide explains how to add or update GST for shipping charges in the GST Pro app.

To configure GST on shipping, go to
GST Pro → Settings → Taxes.

Under this section, you will find the Shipping GST options.

Automatic Shipping GST

If you select Automatic Shipping GST, no additional setup is required. The system will automatically apply GST to shipping charges.

The GST rate applied will be the highest GST rate among the products in the order.

For example, if an order contains items taxed at 12% and 5%, the shipping GST will be applied at 12%.

Manual Shipping GST

If you choose Manual Shipping GST, you can set a fixed GST rate for shipping.

Enter the required percentage in the Shipping GST field. The entered rate will be applied to shipping charges for applicable orders.

For example, if you enter 12, a 12% GST will be applied to shipping charges.
