How to add GST Number and Company Name for B2B Customers

Updating GST details for B2B customers in GST Pro ensures accurate invoicing and compliance. You can easily add a GST number and company name to an existing customer by following these steps:

Open GST Pro and scroll down to the Customers section. This is where all customer-related data and configurations are managed. Click on “Add B2B Customer” and search for the relevant customer using their name or details.

Enter the following information:

• GST Number

• Company Name

After entering the required details, click "Submit" to update the customer profile. The system will now treat this customer as a B2B entity.

Return to the order page and confirm that the GST number and company name are correctly reflected. This ensures that invoices generated for this customer will include the appropriate GST details.
