Configuring Email Automation in GST Pro

Email automation in GST Pro helps you send emails to customers automatically based on your settings. This ensures consistent communication and reduces manual work. Invoice PDFs can also be attached, making the process smooth and complete for your customers.

You can choose from the following methods:

Option 1 : Add Link to Shopify (startup plan and onwards)

This option lets you add a direct invoice download link to your Shopify order confirmation email. Customers can use this link to easily view their order invoice.

Option 2 : Email Automation using SMTP (Available from Startup plan and onwards)

With this option, you can connect your own email service by configuring SMTP settings. This gives you more control, flexibility, and allows you to send emails using your own branding.

Option 3 : Send via GST Pro (Startup plan or above)

A quick and efficient alternative to SMTP, this option sends emails using GST Pro’s default mail ID, so no additional setup is required.
