HS Code Sync from Shopify

This feature allows you to automatically sync HS (Harmonized System) codes from your Shopify products into GST Pro. HS codes are important for product classification and are especially required for international shipping and compliance.

Before You Start

Make sure that:

  • HS codes are already added to your products in Shopify

  • If not, you can follow Shopify’s guide to add HS codes to your product details : Shopify HS Code Guide

Steps to Sync HS Codes


1. Go to Shopify → GST Pro → Select Products.


2. Click on "More Actions" on the top right side.


3. From the three available options, select 'Sync HSN Codes from Shopify'.

What Happens After Sync

  • HS codes from Shopify will be automatically updated in GST Pro

  • Existing HS codes in GST Pro may be overwritten with Shopify data

  • This ensures your product data stays consistent across systems
